YESSSSS!!!! After nearly a decade at 300+ pounds, I’m finally back in the 200’s! I’m feeling great, and I’m finally noticing a physical difference. My belt is on the first belt hole (instead of the last belt hole 3 months ago), and all of my clothes are getting way too baggy. The jeans that I bought about a month ago are getting too big for me as well. But, I’m not sure I want to go buy clothes yet because I still have 50 more pounds to lose.
Kelli tracks her client’s weekly measurements, so I thought it’d be interesting to track my own progress.
