Its Monday, and I was just not feeling it this morning! Everyone has their moments and has to pull themselves up off the ground, shake it off and keep going! First of all, to shake it off, it wasn’t easy but I got out of myself and my head and started by just doing my workout (simple as that). Then, thinking about other people and how I could help them eating or drinking some good nutrition, helping my kids and my husband, doing my morning ritual which for me is prayer, meditation, scripture (it might be different for you), and then I was off to boot camp to help other people, and then helping a friend! Geeze! By the time my morning was over I was feeling GOOD…tired, but GOOD! haha! It was seriously a little bit of everything, but I pulled myself out of my morning blues! Part of it was also taking care of myself as far as getting ready (I forgot to mention that haha), but I did that and then went to work! If I can do it I totally believe you can!
What I’m saying is that it takes discipline even to just be happy on a hard day, its harder to be happy than to be sad but if you keep making the choice over and over to be happy and positive, it will become a habit! Mondays happen over and over, its going to either hurt or be AMAZING! Its up to you to make the choice of how your going to handle your life, keep doing it and make it a habit to make it AMAZING!
