I have always been one of those weirdos that LOVE the taste of protein and it could just be because I choose to drink only the best protein on the planet that doesn’t taste like protein , but a yummy shake! Maybe I’m a protein snob, or maybe I am biased but I have ALWAYS chosen to drink Max Muscle protein, it is without question my protein of choice! I love it!
Lately as I have gotten younger and younger everyday;), Ive been considering trying the plant based protein, so when Max Muscle came out with their first pea protein I was curious. After trying their pea protein, I was blown away because I have NEVER tasted a pea protein that was good, but this one was AMAZING! Loved it the first time I tried it, and I am not sure I will ever go back to whey protein again! Its vegetarian, non GMO, and has glutamine and BCAAs in it as well. Max Muscle is always ahead of the curve when providing the highest quality and yummiest product out there hands down!
Ive also discovered collagen as a great source of protein! After 25 your body has a harder time restoring and repairing connective tissue (bones, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, skin, hair, and nails). Using this product helps all of this, as well as helps the body regulate body metabolism and provides pure protein which is digested easily! It also helps provide the body with the aminos it needs.
Another product I have added to my daily routine lately is MACA root! MACA is a power house providing your body with vitamin B and C. It also helps boost mood, regulates hormones, and helps with energy! Who doesn’t need all that?! I know I do!
Im super weird because sometimes I work out so I can have my yummy protein shake at the end haha! I know that by working out you always feel better, more accomplished, and don’t forget the physical benefits that come along with working out! I love to blend up my protein with any kind of nut milk, but my fave happens to be almond coconut milk( which isn’t even pictured but I was doing cashew milk that day), along with a splash of either dark chocolate almond milk or that new Walnut chocolate milk, and a half a banana, blended with the MACA root SO GOOD!
SO go ahead, get a good work out it, and then fuel your muscles right back up after with a yummy protein shake! I LOVE IT!
